Section groupride time issue
When you devide a ride into 2 sections and you make the second section into a groupride there is an issue with the time view of your opponent. It starts with the start time of the section in stead of 0:00. Also you opponent does not appear on the course line. So virtually you are riding on your own. The leaderboard in the end is ok though.

FulGaz error casting to monitor
Hi guys. This is a new issue to me. FulGaz is having problems transferring the ride footage to my second screen, in this case a 4K computer monitor via HDMI cable from an iPad. This was working before Christmas or perhaps a little bit before. What happens is I’ll plug in the monitor, connect FulGaz start a ride and the ride itself will play on my iPad instead of the monitor. If I quit out of the ride and go back to the main menu, the ride footage begins playing on the computer monitor, after the ride is finished. After this I’ll go to another ride and start riding that one and it will show up on the computer monitor. After I quit that ride and even closed on full gas and then reopen it again, and go back to the previous ride, ride itself will display the video running on the computer monitor even though I haven’t actually started the ride. It’s all a bit confusing. I have cleared cache and restarted, with no effect. Hoping the movie file that I have created will transfer to your site, it will explain better than I can.

Windows: Crashing on first attempt when starting a downloaded ride
I only ride downloaded rides because of unreliable networking so my information only pertains to to the use of FulGaz in that mode. Every time I start a new ride, first time, I am shown a Mercator projection of the whole world; when I start the ride, there is a pause of a few seconds then the application crashes out to windows with no messages or error. When I restart FulGaz the select the same ride, I am shown the actual map of the ride followed by the trace animation, then the ride works fine. While this is not a critical bug, it is certainly annoying to have to start the app connect the device and start the map twice each time. Windows 6.0.5.0

Groupride does not start automatically when starting time is reached.
Grouprides used to start automatically after hitting the ride button when the starting time is reached. In the latest release(s) the countdown freezes in the pop-up when you hit the ride button. You have to wait until the starting time is reached and the ride is “open” before you hit the ride button to get it started.

The scaling of the power riden vs the power profile
Klem et al. Loving the smooth running of the latest updates to Fulgaz. Long time since I had any issues with connectivity, though I now have formed the process of downloading all rides to ensure that I have the video loaded locally. I may have mentioned this in a previous report or email, but I thought to log it here, if for no other reason to see if this is unique to me, or whether others have seen this. The attached photos were taken during a ride on Nov 19 so whatever version was running at that date I was running (I have it set to auto update when new versions are launched). You see that the profile of the power I am putting out (which as measured by an independent power meter is what the profile is requesting, shows up offset to the power profile. It is not a constant offset, but may be a percentage of the absolute value of the power profile values (I haven’t verified this, but it the offset is bigger for higher power profile values). Can you advise if this is an issue with the software or is it local to my particular set up - possibly one of the values I have set somewhere in user inputs? Advise would be welcome as I would prefer if the power output followed the power profile more closely!! Happy CHristmas, and all the best for 2026 Sean

Some Single Play Rides Don't End
in some single play rides, the button is supposed to pop up, indicating that the ride is done, isn’t popping. The ride stops, the clock continues. The most recent ride to do that was Black Rock to Port Melbourne.

BlueTooth Connectivity and Upload Bugs
I’m on a Mac running OS 26.1. A couple of bugs still persist after the last update. —Fulgaz fails to connect to BlueTooth on the first effort every single time. It connects to nothing. I hit the refresh button in the lower left, and then sometimes it will connect to all the devices, not all the time. My Mac’s is discoverable on BlueTooth, and I have BlueTooth filters turned off in the Diagnostic Settings in Fulgaz. —When I end a ride and then click the button to upload the ride, a little thing in small black window spins…….and that’s it. The app doesn’t go to another screen as it did in version 5.3.x. it takes another click or two of that upload button to finally get an indication that the upload was completed.

Using an HDMI / Lightning adapter, both the bike computer and the headsup display are visible.
Running version 6.0.5 on iPhone iOS 18.7.2. When using an HDMI / Lightning adapter to view FulGaz on a TV I can see both the bike computer and the headsup d isplay. This didn’t happen before the latest update and doesn’t happen if I just view on my phone

Log in issues persists on iPad after update
The long list of repeated ‘FulGaz User’ has gone, but I still have the same old issue. Swapping from my (master) account to my wife’s (family) account works fine. Swapping from hers to mine - clicking my name - loads FulGaz User, followed by prompts to log in. Restarting the app then shows me as logged in (my workaround). Quite frustrating.

The remaining distance is missing from the HUD, but does display on the bike computer view. This affects all rides that I’ve tried. Regular rides, restarting partially complete rides, sectioned rides, etc.

While several of the bugs with the in ride maps have been resolved, in windows ver. 6.0.3 the tracking pointer is gone. However, if you pause the ride the pointer appears but when you restart it fails to advance. Thus the only way to determine where you are is to stop the ride.

Win11: ride video quality degrades after several rides in one session
Especially while testing I often ride (parts) of several rides in one Fulgaz session. I find that the ride video degrades significantly after two or three rides, both resolution and jitter/jerkiness. When I restart the app it’s all back to normal (for the first ride or two).

Bug persists switching from wife’s account (family +1) to mine (main account). But now a new generic ‘Fulgaz user’ option is added each time. Downhill movement not working (tvOS)
I’ve got a kickr bike V2 I’ve noticed since the last update the the movement on climbs & decents has stopped - the resistance is still there with you feel climbing & easy decending but the bike doesn’t tilt, example Stelvio downhill & nothing . I’ve asked a couple of others I know with kickr bikes & kickr climb & it’s the same Using ATV latest update

Your Rides Library bug
When I click on Your Rides I can see all the rides I’ve added as Favourites. However, after opening one to have a look then going back to YourRides, more than half the rides are missing. After exiting Your Rides and re-entering they are all there again. I’m using a 1 year old iPad Air with all software up-to-date. Not a critical bug but annoying nonetheless.

Since the latest update on ATV . Each time I have to re-enter my name etc to login- previously my name & my wife’s name would appear on the start screen & we would just click on our name. Currently it just says add FulGaz user

Freezing a stuttering
I’m sorry to say that Fulgaz is still freezing and stuttering on longer rides. I have not used it for awhile, but with all the updates I gave it another shot the other day, but the same issues. I am on a Mac mini M4, with a 250/50 NBN. The Mac is connected using an ethernet cable. I run Zwift on the same device with no issues. The monitor is a TV connected using a HDMI cable. I connect using both ANT+ and bluetooth to the smart trainer, cadence monitor and HR monitor. Even when I download the coarse before the ride (which does improve the ride), it takes ‘an eternity’ to download. Cheers Greg
