Fulgaz will not see my broadcast heart rate from my Garmin Fenix 8 watch and will not display the heart rate of my wife’s Garmin Venu 4 watch even although it paired oK.

I am getting a feeling that FulGaz is for the chop with a no movement on the windows (and ATV) fronts. Fortunately ATV has not been updated but on the downside all the feedback changes requested have not been addressed either. What’s up!!!!!

Tried to download the ride Maspalomas to Ingenio (Gran Canaria, Spain), but ride will not open. So, unable unable to download. If I open a different ride, and then go back to the ride mentioned about, the previous ride opens up. If I restart my iPad and open FULGAZ, then try opening the above ride, a screen opens with no profile or tilted/description, a small world map in upper right corner, but no button to download.

My wife and I both have the family account. I believe that I may be the primary but am not certain on that one. Anyway, she likes to ride a challenge, whereas I simply ride. In the last few weeks, it has come about that when she chooses her challenge rider and starts riding, my name shows up on the screen rather than hers on top of the chosen challenge rider. She has also noticed that the ride is significantly harder than it was before. She will admit to some lost fitness, but not to that degree. We have a Wahoo Kickr Smart Bike, the original edition. It would almost seem as though the Fulgaz is grabbing my weight instead of hers(225 vs 140) and she is having to push that up the hills. I don’t know if this is similar to the other issue about switching between users, as we seem to be able to switch, but something seems off here. Thanks.

Running latest version of FG on Win 11, with a kickr bike. Sometimes I prefer to do workouts in SIM mode for added realism. WIth the latest upgrades, the trainer doesn’t change resistance according to gradient, and subjectively the resistance is too low — it’s very difficult to maintain even “sweet spot” power on the flat in top gear.

Did the Kingslake FTP test. Did not show the countdown clock (on screen or HUD) during the 20 min segment, although I did get the audible cues. I got the announcement that the value was updated, but when I checked it in the settings, it hadn't changed. Importing the ride into golden cheetah software, got the average power over the test segment and calculated the FTP using the Fulgaz formula. My FTP had in fact increased 5 units. Win 11, Fulgaz v7.0.7.0

On the connection screen there is no visible way of knowing if the connection is using the Bluetooth or the Wahoo DIRCON wired connection.

Reported via support: I am using a pixel 9 phone and a connected external display using the android desktop mode (resolution 1920x1200) In this mode everything works really well, except for the preview tiles. They look "distorted", meaning that the font is so big you cannot read e.g. distance, time, etc., the route profile (like ascends, descends) is not shown and the preview picture itself seems "zoomed in"I already tried to fix the problem with android settings (e.g. font scaling) but this had no effect on the tiles.

After connecting a speed sensor to FulGaz (classic “dumb trainer” setup) the option to then select a virtual trainer model is no longer displayed. Since the Windows update that changed the interface for connecting devices, I have experienced far more issues with connecting to Tacx and Garmin devices. I have even experienced losses of connection during rides. This is very frustrating as, in particular, I have never experienced dropouts of connections during rides before. I am using bluetooth connections, which have always been recommended over ANT+. This needs investigating and correcting.

New rides are no longer being added to the Passport, they do not add to the total ride count or country completion. New “streak” badges are also no longer automatically awarded.

in 7.0.6 on iPad, it is hit and miss when I open the app if all horizontal tiles with workout programs get loaded on the main page. The first three always load, but the later ones load rarely. The FTP programs are especially problematic. This is pretty frustrating having to open and close the app multiple times. My mental max is 5 and even that only has a 50% success rate to get to the Climbing boosters and FTP programs.
