Kickr climb still has no downward response when gradient drops below 0%

Can Fulgaz please advise what is happening with the Kickr climb. When slope drops below 0% it dosnt’t respond with downward movement with Wahoo kickr climb on ATV. I believe the kickr bike has the same issue as well. Its been reported many times before going back nearly 12 months ago and we have not had a fix or update. All other apps like Real Velo and Rouvy it works perfect on just not Fulgaz. A response would be appreciated please
