The URL is the same one that is being used in the Profile page (where it loads correctly), but the Passport page has the URL capitalized, which doesn’t work.
Looks like the filename for the image is capitalized where it shouldn't be (or, alternatively, the blob storage container should be set to case-insensitive for file retrieval).
