Kickr Bike losing rolling resistance

We have been having an issue with our bike not keeping the resistance. ie., you start a ride, climbs are hard, etc, and then about 3 miles in we lose it. You can go to top gear, and spinning as hard as you can, the ride has no resistance, records you traveling approximately 6-7 mph. Has happened several times now.

We have the original kickr bike, model A08B if that helps. Has only begun doing this the last 2-3 months.
