04/12/2025 Update released for all platforms. There are a number of behind-the-scenes improvements in this one, including the following fixes:

More detailed colour bands added to the coloured gradient preview!
► Fix for an crash when resuming a ride on Windows
► Reinstated missing Additional Video folder for macOS
► Fix for app crash when riding a downloaded ride
► Fix for app crash when starting a section
► Adjustment for misaligned gradient thumbnails
► Fix for username issue, multiple "FulGaz user" entries, and inability to switch users

► HLS streaming removed, default is now 1080p (option to change this in app settings)

25/03/2025 Minor update across all platforms: A small update has been pushed for all platforms. This update contains mostly behind the scenes code enhancements, and improvements to the bug tracking and error reporting from within the app.

25/03/2025 Update for MacOS and Windows: Smoothing out some further UX glitches and alignment issues for in-app menus. Adds improved bug and crash reporting on Windows.

25/03/2025 FulGaz for Windows: An update for the Windows app has been released that contains a number of major improvements to the app. Some of these are visual and UX related, but many are "behind-the-scenes" improvements to stability and app performance.

To ensure that we can focus on future improvements to both the overall user experience and features within FulGaz, we have also made the decision to discontinue support for ANT+ connection. All modern devices broadcast via Bluetooth or dual ANT+ and Bluetooth. If you have an old ANT+ only device, you may still be able to connect by using a "bridging" device. Please see here for more details.

16/12/2024 Video processing and audio playback enhancements. This update contains a number of important bug fixes and enhancements for FulGaz on Apple and Android devices.

  • Smoother video playback, especially for customers using 4K

  • Alignment of bike computer text on certain external display sizes fixed

01/05/2024 Update for Apple TV and iPad/iPhone: Update for tvOS and iOS to bring the app in line with the Windows and Android versions. This update also includes playback fixes to resolve streaming issues for devices that have updated to Apple tvOS/iOS 17 (fast playback or instant ride endings).

  • Fix for a stability issue with TrainingPeaks workouts

  • FTP line during workouts now in the correct place for iPad/iPhone screens

21/02/2024 Update for Windows and Android: Enhanced app stability when navigating menus and ride collections within the app. Some customers may have been experiencing app freezing, slow UI performance, or the app failing to load ride thumbnails correctly. This update contains a fix that should resolve the performance issues across all Windows 10/11 platforms. The latest app version numbers are:

07/11/2023 IMPORTANT SOFTWARE UPDATE FOR ALL PLATFORMS: Following on from the major Cloudflare server outage last Friday (affecting businesses worldwide) we've been experiencing some intermittent issues across all platforms as the app tries to contact the server for authentication.

To combat this, we have released a software update for FulGaz that will circumvent this issue, and prevent it from occurring if/when Cloudflare ever has issues in the future. The latest app version numbers are:

15/10/2023 Minor "bug fix" update for iPad and iPhone: A small update for iOS has been released that resolves an issue some customers were having with workouts. When starting an interval workout ride with a second screen connected via HDMI, FulGaz was sometimes crashing.

05/10/2023 Update for all platforms + FulGaz Chat! The latest update to FulGaz introduces our latest new feature - FulGaz Chat! All group rides, group workouts, and special events on FulGaz are now chat-enabled. Message other riders from within the ride, or join the conversation on a second device logged in with the same FulGaz account.

Not up for a chat while riding? That’s okay. All regular FulGaz rides remain chat-free, plus you can completely disable the group ride chat feature at any time in settings.

18/09/2023 Update for Windows (5.0.16.0): Major enhancements to video streaming and reactive mode playback for Windows devices that were experiencing issues. This update should resolve any glitches that riders using "non-standard" setups (eg: multiple monitors at different resolutions, custom scaling, etc) were experiencing, and also improve the reliability of playback on lower-end laptops.

28/08/2023 Minor update for all platforms. This latest update includes some minor behind-the-scenes bug fixes, plus some performance fixes for Windows and Android platforms. The update also includes a fix for iOS devices that were experiencing a small glitch when plugged into a secondary display.

11/08/2023 This latest software update includes big enhancements to the way that FulGaz handles your workout data, especially the final distances and speed that are uploaded to third-party connected sites such as Strava and TrainingPeaks.

  • Final distance and speed for workouts now synced to your power

We're proud to announce the release of Version 5 FulGaz! This release updates the look and UX of FulGaz and also adds a number new and/or improved features to the app. This update has been released across all platforms, so should install automatically or be available to update via your device's Store.
