Hi FulGaz Support Team,
I am reporting a persistent resistance control issue with my Wahoo KICKR CORE (ID 13F9) that started immediately after the recent v7.0.5 iOS update.
The Issue: My trainer is stuck in a 'Passive Mode' loop. This bug has made the trainer unusable not only in FulGaz but also in Zwift. In the Wahoo App, when I select 'Target Power,' it immediately reverts to 'Passive' within one second.
Impact on Zwift: Even with FulGaz uninstalled and the iPhone rebooted, Zwift can no longer control the trainer. In the Zwift pairing screen, the 'Controllable' wrench icon appears for a split second and then vanishes. I can see my power data, but there is zero resistance change during workouts or climbs.
Technical Diagnostics Performed:
Hardware Check: The brake is functional (tested manually at 300W in Wahoo app).
Software Isolation: Uninstalled FulGaz, performed a network reset on my iPhone, and deleted/reinstalled Zwift. The 'Passive Mode' lock persists on the trainer's firmware level.
Protocols: Successfully performed a Factory Spindown, but the FTMS handshake seems corrupted.
It appears the v7.0.5 update has altered the trainer's internal logic/FTMS settings in a way that blocks external control from any app, including Zwift. Do you have a fix or a way to force-reset the trainer's Bluetooth control table?
Thanks for your help!
