Can I use the Apple TV app on my Smart TV to run FulGaz

The Apple TV app on your Smart TV is simply a video streaming service, not a device that can run the FulGaz app. It's purpose is to stream media, in the same way Netflix does. It does not have Bluetooth connectivity built into it, so the Smart TV app cannot run FulGaz.
To use FulGaz, you will need an Apple TV box (HD or 4K) or a compatible iOS, MacOS, Android, or Windows device.
