WIndows 5.3.8.0 Mouse scroll wheel doesn't work on list of rides page

When I go to the list of rides (such as “New” or “All rides”), the mouse scroll wheel doesn’t work to scroll though the list. Occasionally, the mouse scroll wheel will work for a few seconds of scrolling and then stop working. Sometimes, if I wait for a few seconds, then the scroll wheel will start working again.

With the mouse scroll wheel not working, the only way to scroll is by using the extremely tiny scroll bar on the right of the page that is hidden until I hover over it.

Please:

1. Fix the mouse scroll wheel issue so that it works all of the time

2. Make the scrollbar bigger

3. Make the scrollbar not hidden
