Post Ride Email with FIT not sending

I have had to make several attempts at Uploading Ride Data in order to receive the email with the FIT file. My goal is to import the FIT file into Garmin which I use to store all of my workout activity. Is there a way to improve the email feature consistency or to add a feature request for Garmin Connect integration?
