iPad delay in touch

No problem previously but using the iPad there’s a long delay after pressing any button to progress.

Latest versions, good WiFi signal.

Eg did the Zugerlake clockwise ride and clicked on the start ride icon twice due to delay and must have had two rides running at same time as got two emails at end.

Also still cannot select the alternative users in top left corner unless coming out of app and going back in.
