An unexpected error occurred

Hi there,

I am getting a constant “unexpected error occured during this ride” right at the start of the ride after the READY, SET, GO. I dismount my trainer, turn the Wahoo Kickr off, reboot the Samsung Tablet, start all over again, and still get theis meessage, even though I have downloaded the rides.

This has been occuring since the latest update way more frequently. This never used to occur. I’ve cleared the cache, updated Android and Filgaz app, but to no avail.

Can someone please advise how to fix this? I’ve just paid for my subscription renewal and I feel like asking for a refund…..
