Windows Version 7.0.5.0

Connect devices - Nice, it seems to remember my trainer which is great because I don’t change my trainer very often, in fact, I have never changed my trainer. Good work!

Navigation by keyboard:

Apologies for the weird formatting, pasted from Word.

    • Tab and shift-Tab now move up and down between rows. Bravo! Previously it followed a default HTML style tab order, left to right through the whole page which was terrible. As good as this is, Up-Arrow and down-Arrow would be far more intuitive as Tab and Shift-Tab are a bit geeky. Presently up-Arrow does a Page-Up and down-Arrow does a Page-Down which is counter intuitive.

    • The highlight for the selected button (picture-panel) is now a thin white line which is better than it was, but still a bit faint. I feel it could be a bit bolder, probably 5 times as thick and high-vis yellow. Make it a choice in the settings under a new heading called “Interface” if you like. There is a lot of white on the screen so white is a poor highlight choice.

    • PageUp and PageDown move three buttons to the left or right in a row which is not a significant enough utility so I suggest you revert those to the expected behavior scroll up and scroll down (mentioned also above). If you want to move a few buttons at the time to the left and to the right, make it Ctrl-LeftArrow and Ctrl-RightArrow which is what anyone who has ever used a word processor or text editor would expect. Standard across Windows and Linux but I can’t speak for Apple as I don’t use that.

    • Home and End work exactly as they should.

    • Enter does nothing! I would have expected it to activate the button and enter the ride summary page. Everything else I can program into a remote with a diamond pad but then I must go and find a mouse to activate the button and operating a mouse from a trainer is janky at best and certainly undesirable. Please make Enter activate the ride.

    • Keyboard navigation within the ride summary screen is non-existent. I suggest you make it controllable by UpArrow, Down-Arrow, Left-Arrow, Right-Arrow, Enter. Backspace should take you back. Enter should Start the Ride and Space-bar or Backspace should bring up the pause menu.

    Mouse Navigation

Now fantastic, pull to the left or right and mouse-wheel for scroll up and down, scroll in the row left and right with the mouse wheel, very good. I would still like to control the entire software from a keyboard but I can make do now with a tall stand next to my trainer.

Your Rides Panel and All Rides Panel

    • I have 44 downloaded rides in my Additional folder but I only see 12 rides in the “Your Rides” section, 6 on each of 2 pages. I would prefer to see all my downloaded rides.

    • Added – What does it mean? Added by Me, Added this week, Added since last session?

    • BUG – If I sort by distance first and choose the first entry RWC AHOW I get this message:

      Feature Availability Notice

This Feature (Ride section) in not available in the current version of the application. It may be included again in a Future update.
Thank you for your understanding. [OK]

If I next choose the second entry “Hartland Sprint” I get the same error message.

If I choose the third entry “Tipstar Dome Velodrome” it works

If I thin choose the second entry again “Hartland Sprint”, I get “Tipstar Dome” again.

    Downloads

    • Because Fulgaz installs via the Microsoft Store, it gets installed on the C: disk without any choice. It would be nicer to have the option of downloading to the alternative folder. It would also be nice to be able to move the MP4 rides to the alternative folder at any time as these are difficult to find through the Windows file system. Note I always download because I am in an Internet dead-spot and rely on Satellite Internet which is fast but drops out occasionally.
