Currently FulGaz will always display on the monitor you have set as the primary display and it is not possible to "window" the app and/or drag the app to another monitor.
EG: If you have a two-monitor setup, FulGaz will display the app on your primary display (usually the laptop) and the only way to put the ride onto another screen (such as an HDMI connected larger monitor) is to set that monitor as your primary display in Windows settings.
