ride history and video downloads all lost

Now running 7.0.5 on my MacBook. All my ride history has gone and the new version of FulGaz cannot find all my downloaded ride videos, even though they are still on the Mac, just in a different file. Also, some of my personal settings have changed slightly- eg rider weight, slope scaling, trainer max slope capacity, and so on.

I’m always pleased to see updates and improvements but I’m not happy when history and settings are changed.
