Remove speed limiter on segments

Please remove the speed limiter on segments. It's frustrating when you are pushing for a good time on a timed segment only to see the dreaded “<“ next to your speed. You waste a lot of energy only to find that your energy has been for nothing.

I understand the need for the speed limiter, but why on a segment?
