Optoion to refresh "Your rides" in app withough having to exit the app and re-open (Windows 10)

I often spend time adding rides to my favourites through the website (with the use of WoF.) However, in order for to get these reflected in “Your Rides” I need to exit the app and re-open it. This is a tad annoying, so would be much easier if there was a refresh button
