Option to disable speed limiter

Please can we have an option to disable the speed limiter that is sometimes set on random sections for some random multiplier. I can understand the 2x and 0.5x limiters # but can we have an option we can turn on or off for the other random speed limiter.

I find it very frustrating, although I understand why you implemented it
