More precise ride filter selection

Replace the “multiple choice” dropdown menus in the ride filters with selection wheels so that we can select exact values for ride criteria. So, for example, if we want a 15-mile ride, we can filter down to all rides between 14 and 16 miles rather than between 10 and 20 miles, which is the narrowest range the current design allows.
