Loss of video {while retaining data}

This happened again this morning; I’ve experienced it before and would be interested if others have as well. During the ride {this morning it happened 3 seconds in} the video will simply disappear. The date continues, I can see the graph at the top, but no picture whatsoever. When I finished, I pressed to upload and was met with a blue screen, “FulGaz “ in the middle. Luckily the ride was there when I rebooted, and I uploaded to Strava.

Has this happened to anyone else? What to do to fix? As I say, this is not a first for me
