Just a salute and hats-off to FulGaz/ Rouvy and its team from South-Africa!

This amazing indoor cycling platform have opened the world to those who cannot cycle (site seeing) around planet earth whilst getting fit and prepared.

Being less virtual and more real gives it a more authentic feel, checking out that country’s landmarks and most often beautiful nature.

From an exercise point, FulGaz enable me to do cycling & race preparation in a fun yet sometimes tough scenario with the wide variety rides available.

It is with excitement and pride to show my family, friends and fellow cyclist my real-life, less virtual indoor setup.

I hope to purchase a FulGas kit, promoting FulGaz & Rouvy on each social ride, practice Ride and race.
