First Impressions

This is constructive criticism to help you if you so choose. This is my first year using FulGaz so I am fairly objective but that is fading with my old age.

I use Apple TV for a bigger screen experience and a Tacx Neo 2T trainer It works great with Zwift but FulGaz is not Apple TV friendly!

It takes forever to load a ride when using Apple TV but it’s quick on the laptop.  The system is also frozen for several minutes while the ride loads.

I cannot find any way to update the system on Apple TV or to tell if it has been updated. Could be my old age again…

“Ridden”  appears only on the website, not on apple TV while searching for rides.  It would help for all ridden rides to show on my “Rides” page and not just ones I have selected as a favourite. Even when I select and opened a ride it still does not show that I have ridden it on Apple TV.  The only place I see “Ridden” is when I scan “All Rides”

The names of the rides are too specific and local, you should list the country or city location in title.  When in “All” you have no country selected and cannot tell where it is.  For example, “The Struggle” does not tell me where it is while “Washington DC Cherry Blossom” does. Only when you open the ride does it tell you where it is.

A Companion app would be nice.  It is very handy with Zwift and I miss it on FulGaz.  It is very convenient for taking photos or seeing my data with my head down and having an alternative or second screen for different information.

You use the word “Filmed” by which is not accurate, “Recorded” by is the modern correct term.  Film is not used, video is digitally recorded.  The quality of the videos is inconsistent and could be improved to 1080p for all.  Make it a requirement for all recordings.

I know you face limits with taking photos but it the most cumbersome process and needs to be made simpler along with multiple photos.  It takes three steps to get a photo and there is an annoying delay between when you want to take the photo and it is actually taken.

It can be very difficult to see the elevation display at the top of the screen in a bright sky.

I hope this helps and I will provide more feedback as I notice an issue.  On the positive side I like the real world video and sound and also the variety.  It is a nice change from Zwift.
