April 2025

Hey everyone,
Hope your week’s been a good one! Here’s a quick recap of what’s been happening on FulGaz.
The Coastal Explorer Tour is now live in the app, check the top row. The countdown is on, and it officially starts this Saturday. There are seven scenic rides included, and the event runs through the end of May. This week’s John Hallas Weekly Challenge also ties in, taking you to the stunning roads of Tenerife, Spain.
Speaking of challenges, medals for finishers of the IRONMAN Pro Series Virtual have officially shipped and are already arriving at riders' doorsteps. Thanks again to everyone who joined, and congrats on finishing strong!
On the product side, we released a hotfix for the Windows version (5.3.8), which was aimed at resolving the user interface scaling issues some of you encountered. If you’re still seeing problems, please send a bug report via feedback.fulgaz.com or, alternatively, email us at support@fulgaz.com. As for the startup crash issue, we’ve identified the dependency causing the problem and are already working on a fix. As a workaround, many riders reported that downloading ROUVY helps get the latest FulGaz version running, as it includes the missing dependency. Thanks to everyone for your patience, and especially to those who shared feedback, it’s been a huge help!
We’ve also made a small but meaningful improvement to the ride map and gradient preview on members.fulgaz.com, which I’m sure many of you will appreciate. Lastly, we pushed a few updates to feedback.fulgaz.com as we continue building out our internal workflows and roadmap process there. More to come soon.
That’s it for this week. Thanks again for your support, have a great weekend and, as always, stay fit and keep riding!
