Hello everyone,
How’s it going? Time for a quick recap of the past week!
New rides are finally out and it’s the first batch under our new monthly format. More than 370 kilometers (230 miles) of fresh content is available in the latest collection and we’re really happy with how this came together. There’s something for everyone in this drop, so check it out and see for yourself:

On the product side, I’ve been mentioning the upcoming mandatory update across all platforms. The goal here is to get everyone on the same version so we can catch any hidden bugs and ensure stability and reliability of FulGaz. Well, as life made it, that push indeed surfaced an issue.
Some iOS users, specifically on iPads and iPad Pros with Apple’s M chips, have reported laggy menus, slow map loading and unresponsive buttons. Older Bionic chip iPads seem to run fine, but the newer M chips are giving us trouble (the irony, right :D).
Thanks so much for your patience. We’ve been able to narrow down the problem and I’m glad to report we have a hotfix available now for early access via Apple’s TestFlight, just in time for the weekend. You can find it here, along with instructions and all:

To be clear, for iOS (iPhones and iPads), we’ve paused the force update requirement until we get confirmation from M chip users that things are resolved. Klem will also contact users that already reached out via respective support tickets. Just to recap current status, here’s where we’re currently at across platforms:
macOS (Macs): 5.3.11
Windows (PCs and Laptops): 5.3.12
Android (Phones and Tablets): 5.3.13
iOS (iPhones and iPads): 5.3.13 (5.3.14 available for testing via TestFlight)
tvOS (Apple TVs): 5.3.12
That’s it for this week. Thanks again for your ongoing support, have a great weekend and, as always, stay fit and keep riding!
~Erik
P.S. That last week’s cover ride? It was the Kyeemagh to Wanda Beach ride by Sandra Whitaker, an exceptionally beautiful route that starts at Kyeemagh which in Aboriginal language means “beautiful dawn.” Can you guess this week’s cover? Hint, it’s from the latest ride drop!
