New update not responding correctly to power from Kikr in workouts.

Riding workouts in erg mode on PC - when used in past would force to stay at stated Watts, but now whatever rpm or gear watts are a tiny fraction. Also on Kinglake FTP test at the start of the test itself the 20 minute countdown didn't start (though the test did still seem to take place).
