I’ve lost a number of rides that cannot be recovered by any means in Help/Support and read where others have had a similar experience. It seems like a logical solution and request is to have the data from each ride stored on a user’s device as it occurs so if any errors occur, the user has a record of their effort. Losing rides is very discouraging whether it’s a beta or the finished version.
