All history and settings lost after update

After running the latest update yesterday all settings were put back to standard (even the sound was off), all my downloaded rides were gone, the ride history is gone, and also the markings of whether or not I’d ridden something before are gone. Unfortunately I had to spend enough time on fixing this instead of riding.
